About the Role
Arch Systems is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Marketer to join our dynamic Marketing team.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and savvy Product Marketing professional who excels at bridging sophisticated technology with compelling storytelling. With a passion for AI-driven innovation and manufacturing excellence, they can skillfully translate complex technical concepts into clear, persuasive narratives that resonate with both technical and business audiences.
This person will be driven to increase adoption, support sales success, and position our sophisticated SaaS solutions as market leaders. Reporting directly to the VP of Communications & Marketing, the Product Marketer will own key product marketing initiatives and work closely with our Directors of Marketing Initiatives and Demand Generation to define strategy and execute multiple projects across various product areas.

Compensation Practices

We benchmark our compensation structure against competitive market rates, specifically using data from the San Francisco Bay Area, to ensure fair and transparent pay practices. Our structure comprises a base salary, performance-based incentives, and, where applicable, equity ownership to align with our long-term vision.
