Manage product launches from ideation to post-launch analysis.
  • Market & Customer Intelligence:
    • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor products, industry trends, and market conditions within the manufacturing technology space. Provide insights and recommendations based on market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback. Conduct customer interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather feedback and validate product direction.

Develop detailed customer personas, use cases, and case studies. Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities for testimonials, speaking engagements, and other advocacy activities.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing content and design teams to create high-impact marketing materials, including blog posts, white papers, ebooks, webinars, website copy, sales collateral, customer knowledgebase articles, and other content assets to support marketing campaigns and drive lead generation.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with product management, sales, industry strategy, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in product development, marketing strategies, and go-to-market execution.
